TKG counsels leaders on a range of topics including organizational design and change, culture alignment, growth, strategy, and communication. Our services include large group facilitation for transformational change, change that influences the culture. Managing change can be a challenge. Consider how much our world changed since 2020. What started as a health concern influenced change in almost every aspect of business and society. One virus wreaked havoc globally, and we’re still adapting. This is one example of how unforseen change can impact an organization, or in this case, every organization in the world. Second, revisit your organization's core purpose and understand the alignment of your cultural values to this purpose. Is a shift needed?
