Hans played an instrumental role in supporting a major change initiative at Cisco. He quickly became the calm at the heart of our team, guiding us each individually and as a team through a complex and ever-changing organizational environment.
Hans is an 'organizational whisperer', able to tease out deep structure in group identity and leverage that into a positive mindset. Beyond his communication and leadership talents, his unstoppable force flows from deep-seated ethical standards and an inherent sense of 'right'.
I had the pleasure of working with Hans at Cisco. His natural ability to communicate with all levels within our organization helped people overcome their fears of change and embrace our program efforts with a sense of optimism. I personally benefited from our interactions detailing communications for the groups I was specifically responsible for supporting.
Dr. Kuendig is an organizational psychologist with 24 years of coaching, consulting and C-Suite counsel. He created the Kuendig Group in 2012. Dr. Kuendig conducted his PhD research at a Zen Center, studying the experience of learning in an organization that has survived nearly 2,500 years, passing on its teachings and wisdom, intact, over two plus millenia. Prior to founding KCG, Hans was a senior manager at Hewlett-Packard Company for over a decade. He advised senior leaders on a wide range of domestic and international initiatives.
The Kuendig Group was born out of shared experiences of many leaders, organizations, and cultures. For over two decades, leaders shared their ideas, desires, and concerns, citing personal growth needs and confiding about the difficult task of leading organizations and developing people. It turns out that leaders have the same fears and challenges as everyone else. They are, after all, only human.
Author and consultant, Margaret Wheatley, describes a way of being as a leader.
Our mission is to help individuals and organizations develop, adapt, and grow. Our process is a humanistic approach structured around a three phase process: discover, design, and deliver.
